取消订单

订单可以通过系统、买方或自动启动来取消，即卖方因“缺货”或“无法交付的区域”而取消订单。

买卖双方都可以安排卖方装运订单之前请求随时取消。买方在安排订单后决定取消装运，完全由卖方决定。

系统也可以自动取消订单，特别是当订单在规定的时间内期限之后还没有发货的时候，或者卖方在2天内未响应买方取消请求时。

About order cancellations

Orders can get cancelled by the system, through buyers’ request, or through self-initiated requests i.e. seller cancels the order due to “Out of Stock” or “Undeliverable Area”.

Both buyers and sellers can request for cancellation anytime before the order has been arranged for shipment by the seller. Cancellation requests made by the buyer after the order has been arranged for shipment will solely be up to the seller’s discretion.

Orders can also be automatically cancelled by the system, especially when the order has not been shipped out after the stipulated time frame, or when a seller does not respond to a buyer’s cancellation request within 2 days.
