亚马逊为了更好的帮助中国卖家拓展业务，在其官方网站上悄然发布第三方服务商名单，为卖家提供翻译、税务和当地退换货服务。

据悉，为了中国卖家更好的检索和阅览，亚马逊最近会推出第三方服务商展示中文页面。

据悉传神和递四方都为中国本土公司，专注为中国卖家提供翻译和退换货服务。自亚马逊强制要求国外卖家提供本国的退货地址，很多中国卖家都叫苦不迭，此次跟第三方服务公司合作，是解决卖家痛点的新动作。

Here is how the returns process may workwith these third-party providers:

1.Find and contact a returnsproviders that supports your home country and the marketplaces where you’reselling.

2.The returns provider gives youa domestic return address in the customer’s country.

3.Customer ships the returned itemto the domestic address.

4.The returns providerconsolidates the items that your customers return.

5.The returns provider then mayship the items back to you in bulk, repack the item and ship it to anothercustomer, or destroy the item. Please check with your provider of choice toreview your options.
