这个相关美国发明专利的主要权利要求就是：A system for keeping bed sheets from being disengaged from a mattress, comprising: a plurality of elastic bands arranged in a cross pattern, each of the elastic bands having a folded end and a free end; a central ring, wherein each of the folded ends of the elastic bands is separately wrapped about a separate portion of the central ring so that each of the folded ends of each elastic band slides along the separate portion of the central ring; and clips attached to each free end of the elastic bands, wherein the cross pattern of the elastic bands is adapted to be positioned underneath a mattress having a bottom sheet thereon, with the clips being clamped to outer edge portions of the bottom sheet in order to keep the bottom sheet on the mattress.
简单概况该发明专利的主要技术方案就是：固定带的一端固定于一个环上，另一端带夹子，夹紧床单，然后整体压于床底，以固定住床单不从床垫上滑落。

为什么还没有开始维权，我想有3个主要原因：
1、专利权人没有能力进行维权操作，或聘不起维权律师；
2、市面上销售的类似工作原理的床单固定带进行了规避设计，并不是一模一样，不构成侵权；
3、等着一次性收割吧？
