01 发布新产品的邮件主题行
精心设计一个吸引人的主题行对你的邮件表现至关重要。
虽然几个字看起来只是你整体信息中的一小部分,但决定了你的受众是否打开邮件。如果主题行不够吸引人,或者不够有吸引力,那么它就有可能被埋没在读者的收件箱里。
下面是创建一个高点击率的主题行的基本要素:

03 新产品发布/上新通知的邮件模板
撰写新产品邮件并不像它看起来那么容易。如果你不包括正确的元素,仅仅描述产品是不够的。由于将消息传出去是销售过程中重要的第一步,你必须确保公告不仅写得好,而且要为你的目标受众量身定做。
1. 确定受众
受众将决定公告的语气、内容和语言。为特定的受众定制发布内容,不仅可以确保消息的传播,而且可以确保消息传到正确的人那里。
2. 说重点
在邮件开头就让读者知道你有一个新产品。一来就让他们知道这是一封营销或销售性质的邮件,不需要太多花言巧语。开始时要简单一些,比如:We are super excited to announce our new [name of your new product]。先让对方知道你要提供什么,然后在后面的内容中来吸引他们。
3. 描述产品
对产品的主要功能/特性进行开门见山的描述。不要过度解释每个细节,只需展示它提供的好处,或为什么它能引起你的目标客户的兴趣。
4. 呼吁行动
以一种激励对方采取行动的方式来结束邮件。如果做得好,行动呼吁将激励他们去联系你,去访问你的新品页面,去发询盘,去购买产品,这就是个成功的新产品邮件。当然,一定要提及他们在哪里、在什么时候、以什么方式才能获得该产品,否则你的邮件最终可能只是在浪费时间。
