Shopee活动保证金系统升级通知

亲爱的卖家，

您好，为了给卖家提供更优质的服务，Shopee平台将于2022年3月27日至2022年4月10日之间陆续关闭活动保证金相关功能。2022年4月11日将重新打开活动保证金相关功能，打开入口将迁移至【中国卖家中心（CNSC）】>> 【财务】界面，入口如下图所示。

若您至今未申请子母账号并升级至中国卖家中心（CNSC），2022年4月11日之后您将无法正常使用活动保证金功能。请您尽快申请子母账号并升级到中国卖家中心（CNSC）以免耽误您参加后续活动。

1）活动保证金提现功能关闭

2022年3月27日23点即将在现在的系统中关闭活动保证金提现功能，请有需要提现的卖家尽快在关闭日期之前申请提现。若您未在规定时间内提交提现申请、或您提交的提现申请未通过审核、或您的活动保证金提现回款失败，都请您在2022年4月11日中午12点之后在新活动保证金系统中重新发起提现申请。届时Shopee将在新的系统中处理您的请求。

2）活动保证金扣除功能关闭

2022年3月27日23点即将关闭现在系统中活动保证金扣除功能直至2022年4月11日中午12点重新开启。在功能关闭期间，若发生需要扣除保证金的情况，将延后至系统重新打开后再处理，请您知悉。

3）活动保证金充值功能关闭

2022年4月1日23点即将关闭活动保证金充值功能。若您近期有参加活动的需求且未缴纳全额活动保证金，请您务必在4月1日23点前完成活动保证金缴纳，否则后续将影响您参加活动的资格。2022年4月11日中午12点将重新在中国卖家中心（CNSC）开启活动保证金充值功能，届时您可以在新系统进行充值。

若您担心活动保证金系统升级会对您店铺的活动报名资格产生影响，您可以在旧系统关闭前将您店铺充值状态/提现状态等信息存证。

Hello, in order to provide sellers with better services, the Shopee platform will gradually close the event margin related functions from March 27, 2022 to April 10, 2022 . If you have not yet applied for a sub-master account and upgraded to China Seller Center (CNSC), you will not be able to use the activity deposit function normally after April 11, 2022. Please apply for a sub-master account as soon as possible and upgrade to the China Seller Center (CNSC) so as not to delay your participation in the follow-up activities.

1) Activity margin withdrawal function is closed

At 23:00 on March 27, 2022, the activity margin withdrawal function will be closed in the current system. Sellers who need to withdraw should apply for withdrawal as soon as possible before the closing date. If you fail to submit the withdrawal application within the specified time, or the withdrawal application you submitted has not passed the review, or your activity deposit withdrawal and return fails , please log in to the new activity deposit system after 12:00 noon on April 11, 2022 Re-initiated the withdrawal application. Shopee will then process your request in the new system.

2) Activity margin deduction function is closed

At 23:00 on March 27, 2022, the active margin deduction function in the current system will be closed until 12:00 noon on April 11, 2022. During the period when the function is closed, if there is a need to deduct the deposit, it will be postponed until the system is reopened. Please be aware.

3) Activity margin recharge function is closed

The event margin deposit function will be closed at 23:00 on April 1, 2022 . If you have a need to participate in the event recently and have not paid the full event deposit, please be sure to complete the payment of the event deposit before 23:00 on April 1 , otherwise it will affect your eligibility to participate in the event. At 12:00 on April 11, 2022, the event margin deposit function will be re-opened in the China Seller Center (CNSC), and you can recharge in the new system at that time.
