查看联系表提交信息

您的联系表会将所有提交发送到您商店的发件人邮箱。您可以在 Shopify 后台的商店详细信息设置页面中更改发件人邮箱。

备注

您无法更改通过 Shopify 商店的联系表发送的电子邮件的主题行。

如果您不想将商店的发件人邮箱用于联系表，则可以使用免费在线服务（如 Wufoo 或 Jotform）来创建自定义联系表，并将其嵌入您的联系页面。

垃圾邮件筛选

Shopify 的垃圾邮件筛选器会分析联系表 字段的内容。如果提交信息被标记为垃圾邮件，则系统将会发送该电子邮件并在其主题中加上  前缀。您可以创建电子邮件筛选器以筛选出主题包含 的电子邮件。

为确保您不会错过任何被错误地标记为垃圾邮件的合法邮件，您将收到所有联系表提交信息，包括被标记为垃圾邮件的提交信息。

View contact form submissions

Your contact form sends all submissions to your store’s Sender email address. You can change your sender email address on the Store details settings page of your Shopify admin.

Note

You can’t change the subject line for emails sent through a contact form on a Shopify store.

If you don’t want to use your store’s Sender email address for your contact form, then you can use a free online service like Wufoo or Jotform to create a custom contact form that you can embed on your contact page.

The content of the field of your contact form is analyzed by Shopify’s spam filters. If the submission is flagged as spam, then the email is sent with a  prefix in its subject. You can create an email filter to set aside emails with a subject that contains .

To make sure that you don’t miss any legitimate messages that are flagged as spam by mistake, you receive all contact form submissions, including those flagged as spam.
