The patterns on various Baitai products show the ingenuity and meticulous workmanship of the Thai girls. In order to make such exquisite products, they have to start by growing mulberries and raising silkworms to provide raw materials for the brocade craftsmanship.

Wei Shiying, deputy director of Zhengzhou Brocade and Tourism Service Cooperative in Meizhou County, Heping Province, said: “At first, whenever my grandmother and mother weaved brocade, I would stand by and watch. I have been learning from my mother since I was 13 years old. By the age of 15, you will become proficient in brocade craftsmanship.”

白泰族妇女们不仅继承和弘扬传统织锦工艺的精髓，而且还通过巧手和创意制作出许多既不失民族文化特色，又具有现代感的新产品。

自2020年至今，织锦服装和纪念品等两种产品均达到了“一乡一品”标准，为该合作社发展规模，提升白泰族土锦的知名度并将产品推向更多新市场，尤其是国外市场做出贡献。

和平省梅州县人民委员会主席阮文林表示：“织锦工艺自古以来为同胞们的生活提供服务，而在当前新的发展阶段，需要及时为保护、弘扬民族文化价值与经济发展相结合寻找方向。因此，本县已为同胞们所关注的织锦工艺制定具体的发展方向，并将其纳入县代表大会的决议。”
