添加到店取货的主屏幕图块

备注：此功能仅适用于使用 Shopify POS Pro 的商家。

如果将到店取货的图块添加到主屏幕，您将可以快速找到需要准备取货或已标记为已取货的所有订单。

添加图块后，图块将显示需要为取货做准备的订单数量。您可以点击到店取货图块来查看需要注意的订单。

步骤：

1. 在 Shopify POS 应用的主页屏幕上，点击添加图块。
2. 前往发货 > 查看取货订单。
3. 点击添加。
4. 在主页屏幕上，点击完成。

启用到店取货通知

备注：此功能仅适用于使用 Shopify POS Pro 的商家。

您可以在设备上的 Shopify POS 中启用或禁用推送通知，以便在收到新的到店取货订单时接收/不接收提醒。启用通知后，您可以点击通知来开始取货工作流程。

备注

Android 设备上不支持到店取货的推送通知。

步骤

1. 在 Shopify POS 中，点击 ≡ > 设置 > 通知。
2. 点击切换按钮以启用或禁用通知。

备注

如果在移动设备上禁用了通知，那么您会在设备设置中收到一条启用推送通知的请求。

Add the Home screen tile for local pickup

Note

This feature is available only to merchants using Shopify POS Pro.

If you add the tile for local pickup to your Home screen, then you can quickly find all orders that need to be prepared for pickup or marked as picked up.

After you add the tile, it will display the number of orders that need to be prepared for pickup. You can tap the Local Pickup tile to see the orders that need your attention.

Steps:

1. On the Home screen of the Shopify POS app, tap Add tile.
2. Go to Fullfillment > View pickup orders.
3. Tap Add.
4. On the Home screen, tap Done.

Enable local pickup notifications

Note

This feature is available only to merchants using Shopify POS Pro.

You can enable or disable push notifications from Shopify POS on your device to alert you when you receive a new local pickup order. When notifications are enabled, you can tap the notification to start the pickup workflow.

Note

Push notifications for local pickup are not available on Android devices.

Steps

1. From Shopify POS, tap ≡ > Settings > Notifications.
2. Tap the toggle switch to enable or disable notifications.

Note

If you disabled notifications on your mobile device, then you receive a request to enable push notifications in your device settings.
